I'm not a vegan (I'm a vegetarian) or an expert on nutrition or anything, but I don't think that veganism or vegetarianism are unhealthy just because you should take vitamins to supplement your diet maybe omega 3 benefits will do you. Remember that there are a lot of health advantages to these diets as well, like lower intake of fat and cholesterol. I don't think it's a good idea to be vegan and not take at least a vitamin b12 supplement will give you a little life extension, because there are very few non meat sources of b12. Silk Chocolate Soy Milk is really good and is fortified with a lot of vitamins including b12. Also, you should be careful to make sure that you get enough iron. A lot of dark green veggies have iron, but it may still not be enough. I became anemic and had to start taking iron.

This problem is more common than you might think, I actually read a little bit about it in the vitamins shop and so forth. In high school, I could sit in a cold room, and have sweat dripping down my sides. It was highly disgusting and just very embaressing. All i did, was start shaving my armpits, a friend recommended it to me, and it worked like a charm. I dont sweat half as much now, and the ladies kinda like it, at least the ones at the vitamin world if you know what I mean! But, its gonna suck for like the first couple weeks till you get used to shaving, but its well worth it.

Its sad to see Mr. George Carlin go he was doing so well and had good hold on society and with his paleo diet. This man was a genius!. His views on most everything were right and spot on even his views on health later on in his life. He made me laugh no matter what he was ranting about his bit on a certain health blog he read frequently was hilarious. He will be missed by many. He was sort of the pace-setter for modern comedy, though no one can keep up. One of the first American comics to use profanity in comedy, and now comedians sling them around without regard to their context and implications, not caring about the comedic value of the words when properly used. In my mind, he will always be a literary hero, who understand the role words play in modern society. I was heartbroken when I heard George Carlin had died. He was such a brave man!

I hate rules man, rules are for the birds if you ask me. There are so many people that don't know how to deal with stress so they just start to box themselves in with rules and with short cuts to thinking. I know that a lot of these people need to invest in a weight loss shake on the way to the gym instead of going to that church that subconsciously fills them full of hate and a lack of tolerance and understanding of the world that surrounds them. Its not like I have ripped abs or anything like that but a lot of those people who are out there making rules, don't really care about the future of America.

I feel like as empty as a stone. There is no hope for the brokenhearted, ever. I feel like I need a change and a change would do me some good. This really is a bad time to be alive and I think that if I were to change the way that I percieve how to find people especially people that are good and decent, then I think we would truly have something here in this life that was going pretty good. I know that I shouldn't blame my shortcomings on others, but it just feels better to do it that way.

I was reading about the history of cakes. Apparently, cakes were thought to be the best antioxidant high up in the Austrian Alps. A small population were able to avoid the common cold by consuming small cookie like pastries 4 times a day. They weren't made with sugar or flour. They used goat cheese and wheat. As a result, no one in the village weighed under 250 pounds and not once did any of them ever get sick. Their life span was significantly shortened. Though they did not get the cold, they never lived past 35. Now thats kind of a tough choice. 1 To never sniffle again or 2 live a longer life. I guess it all comes down to the orac value in each life style. Though I have to think that more people would have caught on to the fact that their cold cure was killing them. I would just stock up on tissues and live a little longer.

I wondered if this were true and certainly it was not. I did however wonder if the fact that it was no true would ever surface and run as rampat as those things that were not true. Mark Twain once said that a lie can circle the globe before the truth even gets its shoes on, I have no idea if this is true or not I suspect that it is. This is the only way I know how to relieve stress, and that is to write about it. At least I have a new bottle of omega 3 supplements to share with everyone. This was not the way that our lves were supposed to go, is it. I know that all of the people in the world cannot help with anything that I know won't change.

Rank breath fills the air as the tiger exhales and eyes his prey. There are so many allusions and pranks the beast can play on what he thrives to have the most. Time spent is like a wet cloth dripping fear and the unsuspecting doe wanders to far from the pack or group as it may be reffered to or called. This particular tiger has an even greater cause and an even greater motivation as she has more than just one mouth to feed. She tries to hold her spirit together even though she knows that time is running out for her to find her kill and also she knows that the longer she is away the more dangerous it becomes for her babies. What will happen... you decide.
