Vegan and its tenants

I’m not a vegan (I’m a vegetarian) or an expert on nutrition or anything, but I don’t think that veganism or vegetarianism are unhealthy just because you should take vitamins to supplement your diet maybe omega 3 benefits will do you. Remember that there are a lot of health advantages to these diets as well, like lower intake of fat and cholesterol. I don’t think it’s a good idea to be vegan and not take at least a vitamin b12 supplement will give you a little life extension, because there are very few non meat sources of b12. Silk Chocolate Soy Milk is really good and is fortified with a lot of vitamins including b12. Also, you should be careful to make sure that you get enough iron. A lot of dark green veggies have iron, but it may still not be enough. I became anemic and had to start taking iron.

Armpit sweat

This problem is more common than you might think, I actually read a little bit about it in the vitamins shop and so forth. In high school, I could sit in a cold room, and have sweat dripping down my sides.  It was highly disgusting and just very embaressing.  All i did, was start shaving my armpits, a friend recommended it to me, and it worked like a charm.  I dont sweat half as much now, and the ladies kinda like it, at least the ones at the vitamin world if you know what I mean! But, its gonna suck for like the first couple weeks till you get used to shaving, but its well worth it.
