Jollyness
I was reading about the history of cakes. Apparently, cakes were thought to be the best antioxidant high up in the Austrian Alps. A small population were able to avoid the common cold by consuming small cookie like pastries 4 times a day. They weren’t made with sugar or flour. They used goat cheese and wheat. As a result, no one in the village weighed under 250 pounds and not once did any of them ever get sick. Their life span was significantly shortened. Though they did not get the cold, they never lived past 35. Now thats kind of a tough choice. 1 To never sniffle again or 2 live a longer life. I guess it all comes down to the orac value in each life style. Though I have to think that more people would have caught on to the fact that their cold cure was killing them. I would just stock up on tissues and live a little longer.
